Richard Phillips is a finance industry executive and the founder and current Chairman of East West Investment Management Corporation in Toronto.
Prior to founding East West, he served as Deputy Chairman of CIBC World Markets. Richard is actively involved in the non-profit sector, having chaired boards and committees focused on poverty reduction, education, the arts, and financial regulation.
