Richard Phillips is Chair of the AISF Board of Directors and a finance industry executive with several decades of experience in investment management and capital markets. Prior to his work as the founder of an investment firm, Richard served as Deputy Chairman of CIBC World Markets.

Richard is actively involved in the non-profit sector, having chaired boards and committees focused on poverty reduction, education, the arts, and financial regulation.
