AI RISING: Risk vs Reward (2024)

For the inaugural 2024 series, we were pleased to present Jacob Steinhardt, assistant professor at University of California, Berkeley, at the John W.H. Bassett Theatre in Toronto, Canada. Jacob's research focuses on understanding and steering AI systems to align with humans and the public good. The lectures have since reached over 12,000 viewers, in-person, virtually, and through recorded video.
